WE SPEAK with one voice on legislative and administrative policies on local, state and national levels.

WE PROMOTE cooperation with state government to ensure a comprehensive system of quality services for vulnerable youth and families.

WE EDUCATE policymakers, consumers and the public.

WE PROVIDE a support network to strengthen member agencies - sharing information, exchanging ideas, offering staff development and training opportunities.

WE SHARE our knowledge and experience with those providing services to at-risk children, families and individuals

WE IMPROVE and develop services for youth and families and uphold high standards of care and treatment.

WE CONTRIBUTE to the efforts and activities of other state and national advocacy ogranizations.

WE GIVE college scholarships to eligible students participating in member agency programs.
