Call NJACYF to request an application, then complete and submit an application for review by the NJACYF membership committee. A committee member and NJACYF executive director will come to your agency for a site visit in order to complete an assessment. If your agency is recommended for membership, it will be voted upon at the next membership meeting.
Once your agency has been accepted, you will receive a dues assessment form as part of a packet of information welcoming your agency to the Alliance.
